Kiel, Germany, November 23, 2023 – MINT Software Systems recently held its 8th User Conference, commemorating the company’s 25th anniversary.
Hosted at the Lufthansa Seeheim Conference Center in Germany from October 30 to November 3. UCON 2023 united 108 attendees from 29 Aviation Companies, including MINT’s customers and partners around the globe, setting a benchmark for the history of UCONs.
The conference, a collaborative platform at its core, fostered a rich exchange of experiences and best practices, featuring 13 MINT users sharing success stories that inspired attendees with actionable insights and a sense of shared accomplishment within the community.
Margriet Bredewold MSc., founder of Co-Guard Reinach, delivered a captivating keynote on socio-technical reasons affecting technology project outcomes, offering preventive strategies, aligning with attendees seeking real-world solutions.
Moreover, expert-led workshops delved into MINT TMS capabilities, covering areas like Event Handlers, FormBuilder, and much more, providing tailored practical knowledge from Team MINT to MINT users.
The Halloween party at the historic Frankenstein Castle, as the cherry on top which added a unique opportunity to have fun while strengthening the MINT community bonds.
